Our Hybrid Workplace Model

Administrative and Support Roles

Our administrative, compliance, and coordination teams may work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity depending on role requirements. This approach allows us to maintain responsiveness, accuracy, and collaboration while supporting flexibility and work-life balance.

All team members are expected to remain accessible during scheduled hours, participate in required meetings, and uphold documentation and communication standards.

Field-Based Staff and Subcontractors

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), community-based staff, trainers, and other field-based team members perform services in community and on-site settings. These roles are supported through structured scheduling, clear service expectations, supervisory oversight, and routine check-ins to ensure safety, quality, and continuity of care.
